Vendors who have experience working in the long-term care or human services spaces are highly desirable. If interested in becoming a vendor, fill out the form below to request a packet of information. We’ll email you everything you need and you’ll return the completed packet via email. The vetting process will include a follow up meeting (phone call or in-person), and in some circumstances may result in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) being issued.
